Who Are We?

Rose Bros Heating, Cooling & Mechanical, Inc. is a locally-owned company in Farmington, NM. We are a full-service company in the restaurant equipment, heating & cooling equipment, and building maintenance & performance trades. We can service and repair all brands of restaurant equipment, big or small. We do the same for any heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units. We also offer Energy Savings Agreements to our customers to take care of their HVAC units and restaurant equipment year-round, both on the hot and cold side. In addition to these services, we can do most general maintenance and repairs on the building itself. We also offer welding services to all our clients.

Rose Bros Heating, Cooling & Mechanical, Inc. has been awarded a contract through Cooperative Educational Services, which makes procurement a breeze for participating entities such as school districts, municipalities, and other government entities!

CES saves participants significant amounts of time and money by soliciting bids and proposals on a state and national level and award contracts on their behalf. CES’ Members and Participating Entities also have the assurance that CES contracts offer the best overall value and pricing in compliance with New Mexico Procurement Code.

Our Team

Chris Rose

Chris received his education from Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) and has years of experience in the HVAC industry. He is a licensed HVAC Contractor and Journeyman. Chris has his Associates Degree in heating and cooling along with his industrial, commercial and residential HVAC Certificates from CNM. He also has his EPA Universal License and seven other North American Trade Excellence (NATE) Certifications.

Chris has lived in the Farmington area since 1994 and has been married to the love of his life since 2009. He started this company with his brother, Evan Rose, in 2017 when they realized the need for a quality company in the Four Corners. He has a strong passion for helping others and is a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He will work from sun-up to sun-down if that's what is needed to get the job done. He describes himself as a good ol' country boy.

Evan Rose

Evan received his education from Central New Mexico Community College (CNM). He has a residential HVAC Certificate from CNM along with his EPA Universal License and five other North American Trade Excellence (NATE) Certifications.

Evan also serves in the Army National Guard!

Arlo Natonabah

Arlo has been with Rose Bros since the very beginning! He received his certifications for Commercial, Industrial & Residential HVAC and Building Performance from Central New Mexico Community College in 2021.

Calvert Yazzie

Calvert is our Estimator. He has an associates degree in Construction Technology from Navajo Technical University. His education includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, building codes, computer-aided drafting, welding technology and so much more!
